How do I send a document for signature?
Go to "Send for Signature" in the sidebar, upload your PDF, add recipients with their name and email, write an optional message, and click Send. Recipients receive an email with a signing link immediately.
Is SignFlow Now legally binding?
Yes. SignFlow Now e-signatures are legally binding under the Electronic Communications Act 2000 (UK), ESIGN Act (US), eIDAS Regulation (EU), and equivalent legislation in Canada and Australia.
What file formats are supported?
PDF is the supported format for sending documents. We recommend converting Word documents to PDF before uploading.
How do recipients sign?
Recipients receive an email with a secure link. They click the link, review the document, and sign — no account required.
Can I add multiple signers?
Yes. Add as many recipients as needed on the Recipients step. Each receives their own signing link.
Where can I see documents I've sent?
All sent documents will appear in the Documents section. Full document tracking is coming soon.
