Send to SignFlow Now Outlook add-in

The Send to SignFlow Now Outlook add-in reads only the attachment you select and the To/Cc addresses of the open email. It never reads the email body or subject, or any other mailbox content. The selected attachment is uploaded to SignFlow Now only when you send it for signature. Sign-in uses your SignFlow Now account.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide our e-signature services, process payments, verify identities, send transactional emails, and improve our platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on servers in the EU (Ireland, eu-west-1). All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.
