These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SignFlow Now Ltd governing your access to and use of the platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If using on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
SignFlow Now provides an AI-powered electronic signature platform including: electronic signature collection and management, AI contract risk scoring, smart field detection, clause library, Certificate of Completion with audit trail, expiry reminders, team/org management tools, and API access.
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to enter contracts in your jurisdiction, not be prohibited by applicable law, and provide accurate registration information. The Service is intended for professional use.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, notify us of unauthorised access, and accept responsibility for all account activity. We may suspend accounts with inaccurate information.
Plans: Free (£0, 5 docs/mo), Pro (£30/mo, 14-day free trial), Teams Starter (£49/mo, 3 seats), Teams Team (£99/mo, 10 seats), Teams Business (£199/mo, 25 seats), Teams Enterprise (£349/mo, 50 seats). All paid plans billed monthly via Stripe. No refunds for partial months. Cancellation takes effect end of billing period.
You must not use the Service for fraudulent documents, impersonate signatories, upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, violate applicable laws, resell without consent, or use automated scraping. Violations may result in account termination and law enforcement referral.
Signatures are legally binding under: UK Electronic Communications Act 2000 and eIDAS (retained), US ESIGN Act and UETA, Canada PIPEDA and provincial legislation, Australia Electronic Transactions Act 1999, EU eIDAS Regulation 910/2014. SignFlow does not provide legal advice. Certain documents may require wet ink signatures — you are responsible for ensuring appropriate execution method.
SignFlow owns all IP in the Service. You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service. You warrant you have rights to upload your content.
Governed by our Privacy Policy. Security includes 256-bit AES encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, SHA-256 document hashing, comprehensive audit trails. We do not sell personal data. Anonymised data may be used to improve AI models.
AI features (risk scoring, field detection, clause library, contract intelligence) are powered by Anthropic's Claude. AI outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. AI may contain errors — always review critically and consult a legal professional for important decisions.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability capped at 12 months of fees paid. Not liable for unauthorised account access where you failed to maintain security, document legal validity, or third-party services. Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury from our negligence or fraud.
You may terminate anytime via hello@signflownow.com. We may suspend immediately for material breach, legal requirement, fraud, or risk to other users. You may export documents within 30 days of termination. No refunds for termination for breach.
Governed by laws of England and Wales. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of England and Wales. Contact us first at hello@signflownow.com to resolve disputes informally before formal proceedings.
Material changes notified via updated date, email to all users, and 30-day in-platform notice. Continued use after effective date = acceptance.
